EMBR is not a lender, a mortgage broker or a credit assistance provider. Through this Website, EMBR does not provide credit or credit assistance, and does not guarantee, approve, recommend or arrange a loan.
Any loan application, credit assistance, assessment, recommendation or lending service resulting from your enquiry is provided by the relevant Referral Partner or lender under its own licence or authorisation.
Not every enquiry submitted through the Website will necessarily be referred.
We may use information you provide, including the amount owing on your mortgage and your age, to determine whether your enquiry meets the criteria for referral.

Different consumers may be referred to different Referral Partners depending on applicable referral criteria and the Referral Partner's availability at the time.
Referral Partners operate independently of EMBR.
The Referral Partner receiving your enquiry may contact you to obtain additional information, discuss your home-loan requirements and, where appropriate, assist you with a credit application.
Any loan product, interest rate, fees, eligibility criteria, credit assessment or recommendation will be subject to the Referral Partner's own processes and the requirements of the relevant lender.
You should review all applicable terms, fees, rates and disclosure documents before entering into any credit contract.

Cashback offers are provided directly by some lenders, are subject to each lender's own terms, conditions, fees, charges and lending criteria, and may change or be withdrawn at any time. EMBR does not provide, pay or guarantee any cashback.
Credit approval is subject to the relevant lender's criteria and assessment.
EMBR receives a fixed fee for qualifying enquiries referred to a Referral Partner.
